Introduction

Dr Bilal Anwar is an educationist, public speaker, academic program evaluator, researcher, teacher trainer, AQA examiner, poet, education development consultant and English Language Teaching Expert. He is working as Director Trainings and Evaluations at Intercultural Frontiers TERMS (Training, Education, Research and Material Design Services), UK. He is also associated with the University of Bedfordshire as a researcher and with The PRIORY Group (PRIORY Educations) as a staff trainer and support team member.

He completed his PhD (Doctorate) in English Language Program Evaluations from Business and Management Research Institute, University of Bedfordshire, UK supported by an MA in English Language Teaching from School of English, University of Sussex, UK. He also hold an MS degree in Applied Linguistics, an MA in English Language and Literature and a Post Graduate diploma in ELT (English Language Teaching). He is a Law graduate as well. He has 11 years of experience in working for education, research, teacher training, and development. His research interests are ESP, ELT management, curriculum development, teacher training and academic program evaluations.

He has a wider exposure and traveled to many countries for educational development, research activities, conference presentations and tourism. He also got the award of Best drama director “Drama competition” held at the department of English language and literature, Punjab University, Lahore, Pakistan y in 2003.

He is an internationally published author. His book “Perceptive Study: Teaching English Language through English Literature” has been published from Germany in 2010.These days, he is working on his 2nd book, entitled “English Language Program Evaluations in ESP Context” He is a member of SPELT (Society for Pakistani English Language Teachers), member of NGO (BARGAD), member of American Linguist Association, lifetime member of Hiking & Mountaineering club, GC University, Lahore and lifetime member of Adventure Foundation of Pakistan.
